Why the rights attack on Labor Unions is Un-American

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
1st Amendment US Constitution
Every American has the right to associate, assemble and speak. Labor Unions are an association of Americans who assemble in order to use their freedom of speech. Just like the NRA the Christian Coalition, or any other group.
No other citizen, in this case business (since corporations now have citizen status), can legally infringe on these rights.
It's as simple as that.
